Site groups in the weekly operating plan
Create one operating view for a region, trading format or portfolio slice. Site groups can be used for forecast review, exception triage and the weekly plan without changing the underlying locations.
Exceptions
Faster exception review across multiple sites
Review open items in sequence, keep the current site and period in view, and return to the same queue after an action. The goal is fewer context switches between a signal and the decision it needs.

Finance notes attached to every movement
Variance notes now sit next to the movement they explain. Capture the cause, the next action and the person responsible while the detail is still fresh in the review.

Compare expected recipe usage, recorded usage and waste in one place. The view helps teams ask whether an exception came from purchasing, prep, portioning or the source data.

Forecast review now shows the assumptions behind staffing recommendations. Site teams can see the demand signal, planned hours and changes made before the shift is published.
